In the year of 2016, a small company by the name of ROP Virtual Enterprise, decided to open a bakery. With a marvelous entrepreneurial spirit and passion in baking, ROP created a successful bakery which would later be named "Gourmet To Go."
Gourmet To Go the small bakery in the town of Redlands would later flourish to become one of the top food truck eateries where it has up to date. Giving opportunity to share our passion for serving delicious homemade pastries.
Gourmet To Go began September 21, 2016, with a vision to spread across, delicious, uniquely made foods, for everyone to enjoy, kids and adults alike.
Since our beginning as a food truck eatery in the small town of Redlands California, Gourmet To Go has slowly been growing and been giving the opportunity to share our passion for serving delicious homemade pastries. Our team takes pride in the fact that we can provide our new and loyal customers with great tasting American food that is unlike any other pastry restaurant you have ever visited.

Hi, my name is Mayjoy Swanson and I am a part of Gourmet-to-Go's advertising team. I do a variety of things within the company to help put our name out there, I designed our company's catalog and I am currently managing the companies social media pages.
Hello my name is Angela Anoulack. I am Vice President of Advertising for Gourmet-to-Go. I manage and take care of our company's advertisements and I also work with marketing to come up with a new and creative strategy to promote our products and services.
Hello my name is Yana Fakhouri. I am an employee of the sales department for Gourmet-to-Go. It is my responsibility to keep track of sales our company makes and how much we charge for each project.
